Serenità d`Estate (2024)
The Singulart Prize
In January 2025, my photograph Serenità d’Estate was selected for the Jury Shortlist of the prestigious The Singulart Prize 2025, a competition that celebrates excellence in the visual arts on an international scale. This recognition, awarded by Singulart, highlights the creativity and artistic vision of photographers and creators from around the world. Being part of this selection is a great honor, as it places my work alongside that of other artists striving to capture the essence of the moment through imagery.
Serenità d’Estate is an aerial shot of a beach in Numana, on the Adriatic coast of Italy, where the golden sand becomes a canvas for a geometric pattern of perfectly aligned umbrellas. Amid this orderly composition, a man lies on his back, immersed in the tranquility of summer. The image plays with symmetry and disruption, where the human presence breaks the repetition and adds a subtle narrative.
Inmersión (2022)
Verano Photolari
In 2022, my photograph Inmersión was awarded first place in the Verano Photolari contest, organized by Photolari, one of the most influential platforms in the Spanish-speaking photography scene. This recognition highlighted the image's ability to capture the essence of summer in its purest form: calm, light, and the pleasure of simple moments.
The photograph was taken in Favignana, a small island in Sicily, where the turquoise sea and Mediterranean light create a unique atmosphere. There, the slow rhythm of life and the deep connection with nature invite disconnection, turning each moment into a sensory experience.
Beyond its visual impact, Inmersión conveys the feeling of a pause in time, an instant where the outside world disappears, leaving only the sound of the sea and the digital pages of a Kindle. The image evokes the beauty of the ephemeral, the intensity of memories that linger in our minds, and the magic of summer’s small pleasures.
La fortaleza de la tradición (2024)
Nuevas Sociedades Longevas
In 2024, my photograph titled The Strength of Tradition won first place in the Drones/Aerial category of the Nuevas Sociedades Longevas contest, organized by CENIE (International Center on Aging) and the University of Salamanca. This recognition highlights the role of tradition in building resilient and ever-evolving societies.
The image, a top-down view of a casteller, symbolizes collective strength and the transmission of values across generations. In the castells tradition, each person is essential: the most experienced support the youngest, and together they build human towers that embody trust, balance, and shared effort. The photograph captures that moment of connection, where past and present intertwine to shape the future.
Música, llévame lejos (2022)
Mujeres del Mundo y Salud Mental
In 2022, my photograph Música, llévame lejos was a finalist in the Concurso Fotográfico Mujeres del Mundo y Salud Mental, organized by CETEP. This competition aimed to highlight the role of art in emotional well-being, recognizing images that capture the relationship between women and their mental health.
The photograph portrays a young woman immersed in the magic of a live concert, a moment where music acts as both a refuge and a catalyst for emotions. Selected from over a thousand participants, the image was recognized for its ability to convey the deep connection between music and emotional well-being, illustrating how art can be an escape, a form of healing, and a space for personal freedom. Música, llévame lejos celebrates the transformative power of music and its positive impact on our lives, especially in the context of mental health.
El abrazo del Camino (2021)
El Verano de Nuestras Vidas
In 2021, my photograph was selected as a finalist among more than 22,000 images in the first edition of the concurso El Verano de Nuestras Vidas, organized by Cultura Inquieta. This recognition highlighted images that encapsulate the essence of summer, its emotions, and the memories that leave a lasting mark.
The image was taken at the entrance of the Catedral de Santiago de Compostela, at the end of the Camino de Santiago, a journey that impacted me in many ways. It captures a couple embracing in a moment of emotion and fulfillment, reflecting the culmination of a path filled with effort and meaning. More than just a destination, the Camino is a transformative experience, a journey where every step matters and every encounter leaves a mark. The photograph symbolizes that unique feeling of reaching a goal after a long road, when exhaustion dissolves into the joy of having arrived.

El Verano de Nuestras Vidas III
In 2024, my work was once again selected as a finalist in the third edition of El Verano de Nuestras Vidas, the prestigious contest organized by Cultura Inquieta, which this time received more than 30,000 submitted photographs. The selected image, captured with an iPhone, was taken at Spiaggia del Frate, a hidden gem on the Adriatic coast of Italy, where the sea and light create an unforgettable spectacle.
Luce d’Estate reflects the serenity and natural beauty of this coastal landscape, where the golden light of sunset merges with the gentle waves, wrapping the scene in an almost dreamlike atmosphere. The selection of this image among the finalists reinforces my pursuit of capturing authentic moments that not only evoke memories but also transport the viewer to the magic of that precise instant.
Eterno en el Crepúsculo (2022)
Europa es Cultura
In 2023, my image of the Statue of David, captured at Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, was selected among the 100 finalists of the Europa es Cultura contest by Cultura Inquieta, standing out from more than 60,000 photos. As part of this recognition, the image was exhibited in a double collective exhibition in Madrid and Bilbao during the autumn of 2023.
Eterno en el Crepúsculo highlights the connection between art and the urban environment, showing how one of the world's most iconic sculptures remains a symbol of European cultural greatness. The silhouette of David stands against a sky painted in violet and pink, where the sunset light envelops the scene in an atmosphere of contemplation and eternity. Through this image, I sought to capture not only the majesty of the sculpture but also the moment when the city and art merge with the shifting light of the day.

In 2024, my photograph Verde Majorelle, captured with an iPhone at the Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, was selected as a finalist among more than 30,000 images in the Naturalmente, de todos contest, organized by Cultura Inquieta. This recognition highlights the power of mobile photography to capture the essence of a place with the same impact as any other medium.
The image captures the harmony between nature and design, emphasizing the beauty of organic forms and the striking color contrasts that make this garden a unique space. Nestled in the heart of Marrakech, the Jardin Majorelle is an oasis where the vibrant green of the cacti converses with the deep blue that defines it. Through this photograph, I wanted to convey the sense of calm and fascination that this place inspires—a testament to how nature and art can merge into a timeless masterpiece.
MyWed Wedding Award
In 2024, two of my images were finalists in the MyWed Wedding Award 2024, organized by MyWed.com, one of the most influential platforms in wedding photography worldwide. This recognition highlights my documentary and artistic approach, focused on capturing authentic and emotionally charged moments that transcend time.
One of the photographs was taken in Barcelona, during the wedding of Sofia and Tom, in a dreamlike setting where every moment reflected the magic of their story. The other image belongs to the wedding of Mimi and Valerio, celebrated on the picturesque island of Favignana, in Sicily, a place where the sea and Mediterranean light created the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day.
Both images are a testament to my commitment to wedding photography, always striving to immortalize the essence of each couple and the unique energy of every celebration.
